I’ve stop setting goals. I started setting growths.

Everybody has goals in life. The question is "do they follow through"?

I feel that once a goal is achieved, then the task is over.

Growths, on the other hand, are continuously achieving one goal after the next.

For example, if I pass my studies while I am working. I can then apply for a better job, When I get that job then I earn a better salary. This means I will have more funds to invest or start a part-time job etc. Don’t become comfortable because you have a job. Push your boundaries and keep growing.

You are not what you going through. (Read that again)

You need to separate the two. You sometimes blame yourself for the situations that you find yourself in. The only time you can blame yourself is when you choose to do nothing about it. Too often anxiety stops you from achieving your dreams that will show your growth in the future

  1. Identify the issues causing all the anxiety.

  2. Look for options to resolve the issues.

  3. Now take accountability for the things that you can do to make a positive change in your life.

  4. Capture the vision to move forward.

  5. Give all you got to work hard at it to stay motivated and determined to put the action into motion.

I guarantee you there will be times you want to give up.

There will be times you can't face the situation at hand.

You will feel incapable of continuing to make it to the end.

At this point I want you to focus on the "WHY".

Why have I decided to do this in the first place?

Keep the focus on how it will benefit you in the future. Now close your eyes and picture yourself at the finish line. "How do you feel" keep that feeling in mind every time you want to give up.

I want you to remember that no matter who you are or what your role is in life. We all have problems. Some people have mastered the art of how to hide their problems better than others. Too often people are confronted with problems and they can't express themselves and when they are confronted with "what's wrong, talk to me?" one usually gets a one-word answer "LIFE"

Problems are a part of life, it's NOT life.

Once you can comprehend that and start taking accountability things will start to change for the better. Fixing problems is no quick solution. It takes time. You don’t need to sprint through it. You just need to pace yourself and get through to the finish line. It's better to face the obstacles and go through them, than to work around it just to face them again later in life. If life does not challenge you, then you will never grow as a person. Think about it. Think about all you challenges you overcame. You are stronger and more knowledgeable now. That knowledge that you have gained helps build your foundation and prepares you to overcome bigger challenges in the future.

6 Suggestions to kick anxiety and get you through each day. ●Watch a motivational YouTube video every morning, to start your day off on a good note. ●Start a success or gratitude journal. This will keep you focused on your goals and the steps you achieve and the steps still to follow ●Keep focused on at least one affirmation for the day to get you through. ●Make at least 1 to 2 hours available for yourself to do whatever makes you happy daily. ●Make time daily to spend drawing closer / communicating to the higher power. ●Have at least one person you can vent to if you need to offload. If you don't have family or friends, please consider a life coach. Know your worth. Focus on your growth and put your thoughts into action. Remember only you have the power to better your situation.

Don't give up no matter how tough it gets.

Don’t give your power to someone else. Own it and use it to better yourself.

Have a wonderful week ahead filled with happiness, peace of mind, tranquility and faith.

Lotsa of love and blessings.
